Virtual Government, governed by all. Online voting and open and free access to all information, with elected moderators. Just like standard government but much more adaptive to change, more accessible and expressive of the average Joe.
This seems rather silly. But what if we need those resources one day? Sure they may be un recyclable at the current level of technology and economic climate but if resources become more expensive or new technologies are developed then it may become feasible. Think of garbage dumps as temporary storage areas.
People would be a LOT friendlier then.
