Mom's advice on 1st day of my College

Recently I finished my Pre-final year exams, today was the first day of my 4th year under graduation course.

So on the morning of my first day of college I asked my mom if she had any good advice for me (not because I wanted any, but because I knew it would make her feel better). I was expecting something like Don't bunk classes or Study well... But instead she said 'Don't join a cult.' I was just curious what kind of weird advice other people have gotten from their parents.
