Can we freeze time around us ?

Neurons in Action
I've been very curious about technologies that would allow an individual to be able to freeze/pause time, while still allowing said individual to interact with the environment (ie, being able to walk around and use objects).

The closest we could get is freezing the minds of those around you but freezing time on a whole would basically be freezing every force that affects yourself and those around you, as well as the entire planet. This would be extremely difficult to imagine, certainly with current technology.

Closest we're likely to get in our lifetimes is neural paralysis.

What is neural Paralysis ?
It is a muscle weakness or complete paralysis may be secondary to an interruption in the communication between the brain and nerve cells in the spinal cord that govern muscle activation, or to an interruption in the lower motor neuron or peripheral nerve
