Nope, NASA hasn't shot the photo of an Alien City. This is an aerial shot of Burning Man 2013 arts and music festival in the Nevada desert. What is Burning Man ? Burning man is about Art, all sorts of it - huge art, mobile art, interactive art, and only a little about drugs. I have to say, there are a large group of ill informed, uptighty whiteys here.
